The first year of membership fees are covered with purchase of membership. After the initial year, we expect annual fees will start at $5000 per year
A DAO will be set up to provide a voting mechanism on key management decisions.
Money will be held in trust and will not be released until the full amount is raised. If the minimum amount required is not raised, all purchases will be refunded (minus Ethereum transaction fees and any other expenditures, max 10%).

The club will have individual bedrooms available at the villa which can be reserved by members on a first come, first served basis. We also have relationships with other villas and hotels that provide exclusive discounts to club members.
